I don't have a retail background, I founded Will Ride in 2017 in the hopes of inspiring others to try cycling for recreation, commuting, fitness and fun.  Our first store in Stirling started as a small tour company where we could spend time with our customers, explaining how E-Bikes worked, introducing them to new trails and giving them the opportunity to take one for a ride to discover the E-Bike smile for themselves.  

It snowballed from there.

I believe our success is ultimately the result of our shared passion for cycling. I think it's much easier to be successful doing something that you genuinely love than trying to fit into other people's moulds of what you should do. 

Myself and our team get so much joy out of knowing that our community of riders have the skills they need to help them ride safely and enjoy riding more.  

The safety of our riders and the broader community is paramount.  From day one, we have placed a huge focus on service; before and after sales service, because we know that it is all in the finer details.

For instance, our workshop mechanics strip the E-Bikes down and rebuild them before they go out new to customers. The truth is that these bikes can be put together in 15 minutes and be ridden, but not at our store. Our mechanics spend about 3 hours on a standard E-Bike build (1 full day on a Specialized S-Works Levo build up) and we certify every single bike that we build so that we know, and our customers know, that their bike is going to perform at its very best. Taking pride in the work that we do is really rewarding and that has gotten us to the point that we're at today.

Service to us means so much more than doing a repair and handing the bike back.  We hold stock of a large range of E-Bike spare parts, motors, batteries, wiring for the major brands - Bosch, Yamaha, Brose and Shimano Steps.  This is important to us, and it's our commitment to the customer, ensuring they have less downtime while the bike is being repaired.  

Buying an E-Bike is an investment, and we want customers to know that we have their back throughout the life of their E-Bike.
